DSP (Direct Support Professional) Staff Training, New Hire Orientation, consists of 4 days of training. Days 1 and 2 are devoted to basic trainings such as Human Rights, HIPAA, OSHA, Workplace Safety, Professional Boundaries, Infectious Diseases, Defensive Driving, and Diversity.

Community-Based Group Day Services

Our community-based group day services are for individuals who prefer to spend the majority of their time developing their skills and independence in the community. Services are provided in a ratio of one to seven.
